Qualified To: NVQ 1, 2 and 3 in food and food hygiene.
Experience/Key Attributes: Good level of experience working in a high pressured restaurant with the ability to take control when required.
Responsibilities will include:
~Running shifts that entail food preparation and cooking to deliver à la carte meals to the high standards of the business.
~Directing staff to meet efficiency standards, including cost consideration, portion consistency and quality control.
~Ensuring and enforcing health and hygiene standards are achieved as required by law.
~Stock control and rotation to include supplier management and product standards.
For a successful completion of probationary period, candidates must show initiative and flexibility.
Rates of pay and pay rewards based on experience, qualifications and good display of care and loyalty to the business.
